Outside the Box Trainings partners with ABA technology companies to provide professional development, customer education, and clinical insight to the organizations using their platforms.
Our primary partnership opportunity allows technology companies to sponsor membership access for the ABA agencies and behavior technicians they serve. Learners enroll and complete their training through the Outside the Box Trainings platform while your company provides the professional-development benefit.

Whether you want to add professional development to your customer benefits, create education around your platform, or gain insight from professionals working inside ABA organizations, OTB can help build the right partnership.
Sponsor annual professional-development membership access for selected ABA-agency customers or groups of behavior technicians. OTB hosts the training, enrolls learners, maintains the library, and manages course completion through our platform.
Partner with OTB to develop live webinars, recorded trainings, implementation resources, or customer-education campaigns presented in collaboration with your company.
Have OTB review selected workflows, templates, and user experiences from the perspective of a BCBA, agency owner, supervisor, and frontline-staff trainer.
Reviews may address documentation, data collection, staff onboarding, supervision workflows, and common points of user confusion.
Engage OTB as a clinical thought partner when developing features, educational resources, documentation tools, AI-supported workflows, or products intended for ABA organizations.
START WITH A BENEFIT YOUR CUSTOMERS CAN USE NOW
Technology companies can sponsor annual Outside the Box Trainings professional-development memberships for selected ABA-agency customers, behavior technicians, or customer groups.
Learners access the training through OTB’s learning-management system—not through the technology partner’s platform. Our LMS provides an organized system for enrollment, learner participation, course progress, completion tracking, certificates, and agreed-upon partner reporting.
Depending on the partnership, access may also include OTB’s 40-hour behavior technician training, The Behavior Technician Mixtape: 40 Hours to Certification. This is an available partnership option and is not automatically included in every annual professional-development membership.
Give learners access to practical professional development that sounds and feels different from traditional compliance training. OTB uses workplace scenarios, role play, pop culture, music, humor, and memorable examples to make important concepts easier to understand and apply.
Support onboarding and continued development with training on topics such as mandated reporting, fraud, waste and abuse, documentation, professional boundaries, communication, ethics, and other responsibilities behavior technicians encounter at work.
OTB’s learning-management system organizes enrollment and provides visibility into learner participation, course progress, completions, and certificates. Technology partners can receive agreed-upon reporting without having to host or maintain the training themselves.
The library continues to grow. Learners receive access to applicable new professional-development courses released during their active membership period, keeping the benefit useful beyond a single training or onboarding event.
Partnerships may also include access to OTB’s 40-hour behavior technician training, The Behavior Technician Mixtape: 40 Hours to Certification. This option can be structured separately based on the partner’s customers, enrollment goals, and level of support.
The training remains hosted and maintained by Outside the Box Trainings. OTB manages the learning environment, course updates, enrollment process, completion records, and certificates. The technology company provides the benefit without having to transfer the courses into its own platform.
