Select the number of learner seats your organization needs. Core 12 Agency Access starts at five seats.

Name your organization during checkout.
Create your unique group name while completing payment—for example, Sunshine Behavioral Services or Hope Therapy Team.

Open your Group Leader dashboard.
After purchase, the purchaser automatically becomes the Group Leader and can manage the organization’s training experience.

Invite your learners.
Assign seats and send invitations directly from the dashboard. Each learner automatically receives a username and password and may keep or change that password.

Each group purchase includes 12 months of access to the Core 12 Professional Development Series from the date of activation.
Organizations renew annually to maintain uninterrupted team access. We’ll send a courtesy reminder 60 days before expiration, giving you time to plan and budget before access ends.
