New Phone, Who Dis?

You Were the Supervisee Yesterday. Now You’re the Supervisor.

BACB 8-Hour Supervision Training10 Supervision CEUs · Self-Paced Online

The Call Is for You Now

You passed. Congrats. Now somebody’s calling you for answers: an RBT stuck on a program, a trainee chasing hours, a BCaBA who needs real feedback. New Phone, Who Dis? is the 8-hour supervision training the BACB requires before you supervise anyone, built the Outside the Box way. It’s real cases, real decisions and real talk, plus an applied lab where you supervise one person from start to finish.

This isn’t eight hours of slides read out loud. It’s eight episodes that get you ready for the supervisor you’re about to be.

What You’ll Learn

  • What supervision is actually for, and what breaks when it’s done badly
  • What to check before you say yes to a supervisee: capacity, credentials and records
  • How to build a supervision plan and contract that leaves no room for ‘You never told me that’
  • How to train a skill with behavioral skills training instead of just explaining it
  • How to give feedback people can use, and build a relationship where they bring you problems early
  • How to run fieldwork under the 2027 BACB requirements so nobody loses their hours
  • How to handle ethics, set boundaries and end supervision the right way
  • How to tell if your supervision is working, using client and supervisee data

Our Approach

Real settings, not just clinics. You’ll follow six supervisees across a public school, an adult group home, a hospital, a job site, telehealth caregiver coaching and an early intervention clinic, because supervision happens everywhere behavior analysis does.

You make the call. Interactive scenarios let you choose, see what happens, and try again.

You prove it. Every episode ends with a competency check, and the course closes with an applied supervision lab.

Fun on purpose. Pop culture, everyday life and a little Philly flavor, with the science underneath all of it.
